Rose Family Healthcare provides convenient, affordable, and comprehensive weight loss treatment under the care of Susan Wagner, APRN.

Our approach to weight loss focuses on your unique needs. We consider things such as existing health conditions, potential lifestyle changes, and the treatment plan that will work for you. Weight loss is not a “one size fits all” journey and our approach reflects that.

Weight loss consultations are $149. Consultations include a comprehensive review of your health history, a physical examination, and the implementation of an individualized plan.
