While we are currently in the process of credentialing with all of the major insurance companies, we have recently been accepted by several providers. With that, if you’re insurance is not listed below, please read about our affordable Self-Pay Pricing below.

Self-Pay Pricing

At Rose Family Healthcare we are dedicated to transparency in pricing and providing affordable healthcare that’s accessible to everyone. Because we are privately owned, we are able to offer attractive options for patients who want to self-pay for our services or whose insurance we do not currently accept. Generally, all Self-Pay visits will cost $125. Additional costs may apply if test are requested or needed, but only with patient approval. If you require testing or a procedure that is not done in-house, such as x-rays or certain lab work, we can provide you with a price list from LabCorp or Bluewater Diagnostic Imaging. We strive to maintain clear and transparent communication with our patients & will keep you informed on all costs prior to any service being provided so that there are no unexpected charges to you.

Payment Policies

If Rose Family Healthcare accepts your health insurance plan, we will bill the insurance companies directly. All payments, including your co-pay, coinsurance, and/or deductible, are due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards.
